The Nye County Board of County Commissioners conducted a public hearing on an application to amend special use permit SU -2021-000072 by expanding the allowable area of marijuana cultivation in production to 100 acres, located at 2215 E. Anvil Rd., Amargosa Valley, Nevada. Assessor's parcel number 019-181-02. Farm Road, LLC / property owner Adam or Fulton, Esq., agent for MJ distributing C202, LLC and MJ distributing P133, LLC /agent/applicant. After conducting the public hearing, the board voted 5-0 to approve the application. 

The recent expansion approval by Nye County for indoor growing will allow MJ Holdings, Inc. and its Managing partners to fulfill their executed agreements to over 1 Million indoor sq. ft. of indoor grow. MJ Holdings, Inc. is currently in open discussions with potential Managing partners for the production side of the Business. This would include producing concentrates, such as Delta 9 Distillate, THC crude oil. Including live resins, terpene sauces, wax, sugar, shatter, diamonds. Including vape formulations, Edibles, and Tinctures.
